I Don't Even Brush My Teeth

After a pricey bill {what the fuck do I pay for dental insurance for exactly} later - we are out in the car.  I hear the boys discussing there dental dismay & happiness.  I say to Mr. L  "I don't know how one can have no cavities every time & the other 4 this appointment. It was the same way when I was a kid... I took super care of my teeth & always had cavities while my sister ate candy all the time & had NO cavities..."     ----  In chimes Cody - "I have no cavities & I don't even brush my teeth!"    SAY WHAT!  Now that's a parenting win.  Seriously.  So all those times I tell you to go brush your teeth, you are doing what?  And when I ask you if you brushed them, and you say yes, you are lying?  mhmm.  



 

What I Wore Wedesday

Eek. Oh. My. - A little freak out dance.  How is it WEDNESDAY?  I am totally falling behind, with house hunting.  - trying to clean stuff out of my house AND all three of the littles home till April 16th.   --  I can't believe the amount of CRAP we have accumulated over the past 6 years.  So here we go off to meet with the realtor today to see what this whole listing a house project will entail.      I am.  Scared.

What I Wore Wednesday

Its Wednesday. Feels like Friday. My littles are out for their track out. Three looong weeks. I am ready for it. Looking forward to some mornings sleeping in & a few movie nights here and there. But first let me rush them out the door for their last day -- and me. Let me stuff my entire day full of as much work as I can. ha. Its true.

What I Wore Wednesday

 Spring is in the air. Yeah, so its only in the50s & 60s right now. But I broke the flip flops out last weekend & I haven't stopped wearing them. It was a little chilly at the bus stop this morning - but now that the sun is shining it feels amazing. Almost refreshing. And we have to take advantage of this. Springs doesn't last here in NC - we go from winter to HOT.  For reals.  So I am late today with my post.  I have been cutting, sewing & all that good fun stuff all morning over here.  Yep.  I am freaking out with a workload of 20 orders ahead of me.  Yikes.  I love it.  Creating for you is what keeps this business growing... I am not complaining.  Hey!  Did you see the new pattern up in the shop?  Hmm.  A super doll.  Its down right cute & our fab testers had so much fun creating with it.  Let us know if you purchase & give it a try.  We would love to feature your work. Another Wednesday. Another little home from school. Coughing. Hoping he can kill it quick. I don't want bronchitis here! No I don't.   - Today I am dressed rather plain jane.  I will however be throwing on a warm cable knit sweater & a scarf here shortly as I rush two of my crazy littles out the door.
