"Christmas is my favorite holiday, I'm so excited to do this giveaway!
I started this little venture of mine last year when I decided I wanted to make a birthday dress for my littlest! A few rolls of tulle later I was obsessed and in business. Had and Harps is named after my girls who are my whole world. Girly, fun and full of fairy tale is who they are. (For now at least). -- The newest item in my shop is my ribbon tutus! They give me visions of winter wonderlands, ice skating, sugar plum fairies and all the splendor that goes along with the season."
Winners will choose size... newborn to 12 girls but she's always happy to do custom sizes. Made from 100% nylon tulle, 3/4 inch knit elastic waist band, and trimmed with double faced satin ribbon. Finished with a bow. - Lindsay is so fabulous that she is giving away not one, but two tutus. Ah-may-zing. She is in a super giving mood. Tis the season!
